Online Improv Elective: Improvised Monologues

About this Event

This open elective runs Monday 5th October 7 – 9.30pm GMT

Open – A class for anyone, regardless of their improv experience. Although more experienced players are of course welcome, the content does not require any prior improv knowledge.

Improvised Monologues can capture and heighten any improvised scene. Whether it is improvised poetry, storytelling or incorporating monologues into genre-based improvisation, Shaun will give you the tools to present character-driven monologues.

Min. participants 4, max. 12.

A Native of Chicago Illinois living in Los Angeles, Shaun Landry is the Artistic Director of Oui Be Negroes, founded The West Coast Improv Alliance and co-founded The San Francisco Improv Festival. She is also half of the Duo of Landry & Summers and is a Core Teacher (Level 3) at The Pack Theater Los Angeles. She currently performs regularly with The Seniors Improv Comedy with Landry and Summers along with the Nationals Improv Comedy with R. Kevin Garcia Doyle.
